    Pre-Augument:
Inmate #2347's powers manifested at four years old following a freak accident involving her eldest brother. Eye witness accounts state that the inmate and her brother were playing outside with local kids when, following an attempt to retrieve a ball, the boy was crushed under an improperly secured sheet of metal being used as roofing.
In the midst of the panic, the inmate was able to stabilize and support her brother for 45 minutes while they waited for paramedics to arrive; and immediately following her brother's hospitalization she was administered a series of tests to measure her capabilities. T

    Inmate's Arrival and Containment Procedures:

It would not be inaccurate to refer to Inmate #2347's admittance to CRC as a gift from the Brazilian Government.
Due to the extreme nature of #2347's crimes and her age at the time of her sentencing, placing her within any of the current juvenile correctional facilities offered would've posed a severe threat to the safety of both staff and inmates alike. Thus, CRC was seen as the only viable option to carry out her sentence-- and as a newly created facility you could argue that we were eager to prove our legitimacy as a complex dedicated to rehabilitation.
Nevertheless, strict protocols were put into practice once Inmate #2347 was assigned to our care. For starters, she was to be kept under constant surveillance and held in a separate wing of the complex away from other prisoners. Staff that came in contact with #2347 had to be fully dressed and wearing preventative gear that blocked her ability to sense or manipulate their circulatory system and furthermore, contraceptives were used to halt her menstrual cycle. The final preventative measure to ensure her safe containment was the addition of her cut and puncture resistant uniform that she is legally required to wear at all times with the exception of health evaluations and hygiene-related tasks.
The CRC had money to spare when it came to #2347's containment (unlike the previous detention centers she was held in), and as such the inmate was introduced to a myriad of new rules and restrictions to her daily life. Yet, #2347 seemed rather unbothered and comfortable with the change.
Physically #2347 has changed unremarkably in the past 20 years of confinement.
